- Q. Where is your shop?
- A. Store is located at 46B Harehills Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS85PB
- Q. What are your opening hours?
- A. Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am – 8:00 pm. Sunday from 11am – 8:00 pm.
- Q. Do you offer any discounts?
- A. Yes, we give 10% discount for every box or pack orders. If you are trading or selling at home we are happy to give you more discounts.
- Q. Do you offer free delivery?
- A. Yes, we have free monthly home delivery on scheduled basis; please check at our Facebook page.
- Q. Do you offer free Click & Collect?
- A. Yes, you can Click & Collect for free. Please make your order online and choose Cash on Delivery so that you won’t be charge of delivery. We will send you an email or call you when your order is ready to collect from our shop.
Collection Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am – 8:00 pm. Sunday from 11am – 8:00 pm (Closed 26th December and 01 January)
- Q. Do you send money or remittance to Philippines?
- A. Yes, we are agent for LCC Smallword, Western Union, Moneygram and RIA Money transfer.
- Q. Can I collect Western Union money?
- A. Yes, just bring with you a valid ID.
- Q. Do you have balikbayan boxes to send to Philippines?
- A. Yes, we are agent for Bien & Myrna Express Cargo from Manchester and Forex
