INSTALMENT REQUIREMENTS

1 Each of the following:

·         Passport

·         Proof of Address

INSTALMENT DECLARATION & AGREEMENT

·         I confirm that the information provided is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief.

·         I understand that if there is any change in my circumstances that I must advise FilFoods Travel immediately.

·         I understand that the provision of false information is fraud and that FilFoods Travel may take appropriate action if I am found deliberately provided false or misleading information.

·         I understand that in the loss of my income / employment due to accident, redundancy, or sickness, I will still be required to pay the agreed instalment.

·         I understand and agreed that FilFoods Travel reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue balances at a rate of 8% per month and any cost incurred in the collection of overdue payments will be re-charged to me.

·         I understand that the deposit and all payments made are non-refundable even if I cancel my flight.

·         I understand that any rebooking or changes to the agreed flight details will be charged accordingly.

·         I confirm that I will fully paid a week before my flight or on the agreed payment date otherwise the flight will be cancelled without any prior notice.

·         I confirm that ticket only be issue to me when I already fully paid.

·         All conversations by text messages, Facebook messenger, Facebook Page, email or any other means of communication are binded with me and  FilFoods Travel.

·         I read and understood the Declaration & Agreement herein therefore I signed / agreed online.
