  1. Combine the pork, half of the garlic, Mama Sita’s Adobo Mix and water in a saucepan. Cover and cook over high heat until it starts to boil.
  2. Lower the heat and simmer until the pork is tender and cooked through, then separate the pork from the sauce.
  3. Heat oil in a wok and fry the remaining garlic until golden. Add the pork and stir-fry. Pour in the sauce and continue cooking over medium heat until it thickens.
